We will place three initial draft designs into your PrintandArt.com account within the design turn around time. If you are not satisfied with these three draft designs and want to cancel the order, you are entitled to a 75% refund of the order.
Projects can be canceled within 10 days after the initial draft designs are placed into your PrintandArt.com account. If you do not cancel your order within this 10-day period you are deemed to have accepted such designs, and all amount paid or payable by you for the order will be nonrefundable.
You cannot cancel any order after reviewing and accepting the first three proofs. That is where you decide if you want to go ahead or not. If you do not, you get 75% of your money back; if you do, you are entitled to as many revisions as you want until you are satisfied.
PrintandArt.com sends you PDF files of the projects, not the originals.
PrintandArt.com will be happy to do that for you at a nominal cost, but we will not keep your original files for more than a year.
According to the US Copyright Act (1976). You do not have copyright for any designs unless you buy the full copyright from us. Again, the designs we submitted as proofs are also copyrighted but you have exclusivity over your design - its yours alone we will not share it, we will not make templates and use it elsewhere. Even if, you cancel the order, your have no right to use any of the canceled designs prepared for you by PrintandArt.com. You may not reproduce, disassemble, modify, or transfer any such designs.
First, our project lead will analyze and list the customer requirements. Then the design team will move in, brainstorm and arrive at a consensus on how to approach the project. Three separate graphic designers are then assigned to come up with the first three proofs.
It depends on project. On an average, please expect 2 to 4 days for most products.

Print and Art will not be liable for any copyright or intellectual property violation pertaining to those pics or contents.
Hard copy proof requests require an additional fee and would increase the turn around time.
Hard copy proofs are reasonably closer in appearance to the final print product. Customers are recommended to request this proof for color-critical jobs when the print order is made. These are usually printed on a substrate different from the actual paper stock. Variations may occur due to the various finish selected (AQ, matte, UV) for the final print job. Hard copy proofs are not offered for jobs that would be printed on uncoated paper.
