1. What does Print Only Service mean?

Print Only Service means, you upload the final file you have designed and PrintandArt.com prints it. We are doing the printing not designing.

2. Will you send a PDF proof before you print it?

Yes. We provide both online and hard copy proofs.

i.Online Proofs:
You can order online proofs for your review after we have received your file upload and the final, approved print design files. The job will not be sent to press without your approval. We are not liable for delays due to non-approval of proofs.

Online proof is not 100% accurate color reproduction of your final print but it is the last chance for you to verify the text, bleeds, crops and the final layout. Electronic proofs do not show transparency and over print issues. Neither does they show color change from RGB or Pantone to CMYK.

Thoroughly reviewed proof is treated as independent from the file submitted and should be checked against original file for possible errors in layout, copy spacing, punctuation or image placement prior to approval.

ii. Hard copy Proofs:
Hard copy proofs are reasonably closer in appearance to the final print product. Customers are recommended to request this proof for color-critical jobs when the print order is made. Hard copy proofs are usually printed on a substrate different from the actual paper stock. Variations may occur due to the various finish selected (AQ, matte, UV) for the final print job. Hard copy proofs are not offered for jobs that would be printed on uncoated paper.

Hard copy proof requests require an additional fee and would increase the turn around time.

3. What is your refund policy?

At PrintandArt.com, 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. Please understand we customize each order according to your exact specifications, so there is no resale value for the product. We start working on your order once PrintandArt.com has received your digital files and full payment. So no refunds are extended after PrintandArt.com starts working on your order.

If we confirm we made a mistake, we will re-run the order. We must be notified of any defects within 24 hours from delivery. To receive a replacement, customer must return all (100%) of the defective order within 5 days of receiving the order. We will be glad to re-run the order via the same paid shipping method with the original turnaround.
